Lealand rice winery focus on the brewing of Shanlan rice wine and now is cellaring over 10,000kg of wine.
As Hainan original ecological wine with rich selenium, Shanlan rice wine is traditionally used in the treatment of distinguished guest in Hainan. It is made from Hainan rare Shanlan sticky rice, cooked with local spring water and brewed with natural yeast. The whole process of brewing is ancient, ecological and green.
It is said in Hainan, “One who has never drink Shanlan rice wine fails to reach Hainan.”
