The 2019 China International Fair for Trade in Services and the Beijing International Tourism Expo have come to a successful conclusion

On the afternoon of June 20th, the 2019 China International Fair for Trade in Services Beijing International Tourism Expo came to a successful conclusion. Wang Yue, Deputy Director of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, attended the closing ceremony and summarized the exhibition.

This year's Beijing Tourism Expo lasts for three days, with over a thousand tourism organizations, enterprises, and invited buyers from 82 countries and regions, as well as 30 provinces, regions, and municipalities in China participating. The market transactions are active, the public participation is enthusiastic, and the exhibition results are fruitful. More than 3000 buyer negotiation meetings were organized, and nearly 200 themed seminars, special promotion events, and other activities were held. Over 40000 professional visitors and more than 100000 members of the public participated, reaching a cooperation intention of about 730 million yuan. The on-site sales of major travel agencies participating in the Huimin Exhibition amounted to 28.7 million yuan.

After 16 years of careful cultivation, the Beijing International Tourism Expo has continuously expanded its business areas and diversified trade exchanges, becoming a high-quality professional platform for domestic and foreign tourism industry exchanges and transactions. It has played a positive role in expanding the opening up of the service industry to the outside world and promoting the healthy development of tourism service trade. At the same time, it has also become a high-quality platform for tourism to benefit and facilitate the people, and an open window for promoting cultural exchanges and friendly cooperation among countries.
